Job Description
Hello, My name is Adam Reiter and I am the COO of TheJobTool.com. We operate 15 different niche job boards. A haute LA-Based International Brand contacted me to see if we could help them in their search for a VP of HR. This company is a bit casual, an industry power house and a lot of "fabulous"! So, instead of offering a large formal job posting, I'll just break down the specifics.
A candiate for this position should have:
5 plus years of Sr. Management experience in HR (preferably with companies in excess of $100 million in sales volume).
This person should be skilled in OD and ER.
It would be great if this person had California-based experience (not a deal breaker, though)
This person must be an HR pro with a little bit or rock and roll!
